• Account information (callsign, email, encrypted credentials)
• Subscription and invoice references from Stripe
• Provisioning, backup, and audit logs required for operations

Backups and retention

Backups are retained according to your plan. We recommend maintaining your own periodic exports as an additional safety layer.

Public site analytics

Analytics on public marketing pages are optional. We use this data to understand page performance and conversion paths.

• Analytics does not include contact message content or support form free text.
• Analytics does not include customer billing details from Stripe.
• You can change analytics consent at any time.
